I DVR’d the LA Marathon this morning and i am watching it now. They broke away from the elite race – the battle of the sexes. The women had an 18 minute 40 something second head startt. First one across the finish line wins a 100,000 dollar bonus. Anyway, they broke away from the elite coverage to show mile 11 – Hollywood Blvd and Orange. There they were showing the crowds and I saw a very familiar face run by – red shorts, red and white singlet – that distinctive gait- Chuck, you’re a star!
