After school I took the kids out for a run. I was planning on four but due to a detour ended up running a little longer – 5.4
A while later it was off to Clay’s for my strength workout. After a warmup on the bike, I did 5 x 30s on the ski erg: 130, 131, 129, 131, 134! I added some band walks, some inch worms, some lunge jumps, some work on the ball, some band running (pulling Clay across the room,) some, some other stuff… Thanks Clay for letting me come work out with you.
