First an update on the recovery. Yesterday I ran a mile with the kids and felt great. I could have and would have gone farther, but their workout was form drills. Today we did the 4 mile Boulders Bluff run. I am feeling just about 100% already.
I found myself in this video! It shows the start of the 2nd wave of the marathon. You can see that by the time you get back to me 1:45 into the video- It is already getting pretty crowded! Also, note that the street is a simple 2 lane rural road.
