Time to get back at it….

I rested Monday. I rested some more yesterday. I did take my wife to the mall for our typical walk. It felt good to stretch things out a bit. Today I ran with the kids over at Marie Kerr Park. For the summer we will be having practices on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am. I have a few new kids out there and a lot of returning ones. I even have about 10 or 12 9th and 10th graders that are hanging out to run with me during their season’s down time.

All I did was run an easy 3 miles. The kids added a couple rounds of team frisbee golf and a couple games of sharks and minnows. At this point my calves are still sore as are my adductors and biceps.  Yes, biceps….
