Bright, check that…. dark …. and early, I met Karl at Marie Kerr park. We were there so early we had to park across the street. The plan for today was to run our 1 mile loop like last week and alternate it with a half mile loop around the older section of the park. We did three sets. The first and third set were counter clockwise. The second set was clockwise.
The numbers came out pretty good considering I did my long run yesterday. Actually they came out pretty good, period: 6:57, 3:11, 6:53, 3:21, 6:46, 3:18. You will notice the middle set is slower than the other two, It felt tougher to run the loop that way.
Tomorrow I am off to Colorado for some elevation training! Well, I am off to Colorado for some teacher training, but I plan on getting in a few workouts while I am there 🙂
