Yesterday Cheryl and I traveled to Silverthorne Colorado for a teacher’s educational opportunity. The town is nestled closely with several others: Dillon, Frisco and Keystone. These towns are around a pretty large reservoir called Dillon Reservoir. This morning I ran a nice easy 6 miler. I went from the hotel 1 1/2 miles up the road to get to the east end of the dam. I paused for a few moments and took a few pictures when I got there.
I ran another mile and a half along the north side of the lake before turning and heading back.
My challenge is to run around this lake this week…. 15 miles plus 3 to get to it and back…. I wonder if I can squeeze it into my busy schedule?
