Run twice – watch once

First I met the kids once again for the early morning Hillview workout. We ran a similar workout to the one we ran last Tuesday. We ran down to 45th and N and did short hill repeats. The difference was that we ran 40s fast, 40s rest/walk, 40s fast, 80s recovery. All that times 5. After school the rest of the team and I did the same workout: 10 short very fast hill repeats.

In the evening I headed over to Joe Walker for the evening track workout. We had a nice group of runners. Not quite as speedy a group as we had a while back – no Neil, no Ervin, none of my Hillview kids.  Not even me (ha, ha.)  Since I had already cranked it up for two very speedy workouts I literally sat this one out! The runners did the same workout as last week – the 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1.
