Easy Day x 2

6 am practice with the kids… recovery run for both myself and them.

2 pm other practice with the rest of the kids. another recovery run.

 

In other news, the yo-you has been on the downswing. I’m back to mid 160s after letting my weight slip up to low 170s over all my summer vacationing.

Oh, and check the top header. I added the 2013 page….
