Sweet 16 and 5 hard minutes

Yesterday’s workouts included my “Sweet Sixteen” set of form drills with the students at Hillview and my biweekly trip to Clay’s office.
The form drills are starting to feel a little easier and smoother. I am noticing that my speed in doing them is improving relative to my students. My best ones are long skips, backward running and backward skipping.
At Clay’s I did 5 times 100 m on the ski erg. After my workout on Monday I decided to really focus on trying to get that sprint faster. I did, a little: 21.7, 21.4, 21.1, 21.3 and 21.2.  In between each rep I added a variety of inch worm drills and such.
