I just ran a few miles with the kids today. I threw in 10 repeats of 10s on the hill outside my room. The next thing was a trip over to Clay’s for a workout. I started with an attempt at 1000 m on the ski erg. Perhaps I sent out to hard, or perhaps it was underlying soreness, but I got 500 meters in 1:59 and I was done. I did a variety of other ab and core stuff.
