Recovery Day

Today I am hurting……

The good news is that the source of pain is just sore adductors.

Today I ran an easy 2 miler with the Hillview kids and did a few strides afterwards. We also did a set of ab-killers. Oh wait, one of the students, Christine, suggested we do killer abs.  So we did everything in an ab killer set, backwards!
