I am sore…. kind of everywhere…. Calves were cramping a bit last night, hamstrings and glutes are sore, shoulders are sore too….. My abs are okay…..
So what did I do today? I ran a couple of easy miles with the kids and did a “rock set” I need to come up with a better name for this one. I stole it from an online video and they called it the rock set. But I have adapted it for my use so much that it only vaguely resembles the original. Today’s rock set included (everything at 30s each) run, recover, toe raises, toe raises, tricep dips, run, recover, walking lunges out, walking lunges back, pushups with feet higher than hands, run, recover, step ups right, step ups left, push ups, run, recover, burpees, more burpees, up n outs, run, recover hop ups left foot, hop ups right foot, hop ups both feet.
We had some extra time so we played some four corners!
