Oh, no! Injured again!

Scary post title, not so scary injury. Last evening I went to Clay’s for a Clayve workout. At one point we were playing catch with a 20 pound medicine ball. I have learned not to try to catch it with my face….

This morning I ran an easy 5 with the Hillview kids. We did the Gilligan’s Island loop.  The was about the longest run we have done this summer.

On another note… I am sore. I am thinking that the effort to do those 400s a little faster yesterday forced me to utilize muscle fibers more than they were previously called upon to do. The calves and hip adductors will take a day or two to get back to normal.
