Well, easy for me…. sort of….. well, maybe not so easy?
Today I made the Hillview kids run 2 miles. That’s it. For the advanced kids it was an easy day. For the beginners it was a challenge to finish 2 miles in 20 minutes. I am sore from yesterdays workout, probably the squats with weights done at the Clayve…… perhaps that in combination with the 16 drills and sprints.
So, I ran with the kids really easy. My goal was to get as many of them through the two miles in under 20 minutes as possible.
