Coach and parents’ pre Mt SAC “race”

Erik, Krysti, Oscar, Dora and I met on the aqueduct for a workout prior to heading down to Mt. SaC. The workout was 4 times 10 minutes at 10 k to half marathon pace.
Erik looked awesome, easily running away from me. I was happy overall with my results, but I was suffering with really dead quads and hamstrings, probably due to 1 legged squats and bicycle intervals last night. Still. I was able to stay mostly under 7 minute pace. On the fourth rep, Oscar was as quick as me….
Now it is time to head to Mt. SAC
