It is pretty interesting to me that my knee and my body seems to be okay with intervals much more than steady slow running. Also, I think the knee likes softer surfaces better. So today we stayed on the field at Hillview. We did a mile warm up and then we did some partner intervals. We did 12 minutes doing half of a 1/3 mile loop. Then we did 12 minutes doing full 1/3 mile loops. My partner was Natalie and we rocked it. What I notices as the workouts went on was that we were catching people!
The HDR workout for the week was the sweet 16 workout. We had an incredibly small turnout. Krysti, Letti and myself. The weather was actually pretty nice. It is really cold – but there was NO WIND.
Finally, I headed over to Clay’s for our Clayve workout. I graduated from two small blue bands to one large band on the pull ups!
