After completion of today’s trail run I was wiped out. This has been a good (hard) week of training capped off by 3 track races yesterday and a tough 12.6 mile trail run today. The total miles for the week was 50. This is my 2nd biggest total in more than a year. The only other was 50.5 back in November. Still, Clay offered to give me a workout at his office this afternoon and I took him up on it. I did some spinning, some ski erg, my 40 burpees, 30 leaning pull ups, some 60 lb Kettle bell lifts, some band walking, some Val slides and the latest variation to Clay’s Inchworms…. I think he called it the Fish-Inchworm…
