So, I rode my bike to school this morning. Cycling has no effect on my knee. For track practice, I decided to jog easy with the kids. Every practice during track season begins with a jog from Hillview to our track over at Greg Anderson Elementary. I took the distance runners on up the trail to the aqueduct for our “Tunnels Run.” The knee was so – so. Occasional aching, most of the time it was okay. When we got back to Greg Anderson we added some ab killers and then jogged back from Greg Anderson to Hillview. Then I got my bike and rode home.
I will be “off the grid” for a few days. I am chaperoning a trip to Catalina. Should be fun!
