Our Hillview summer practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Yesterday morning we did the big loop and the small loop around the park. Jeff Smith was there and we ran together. The pace got steadily quicker. After that we did some drills in the parking lot by the pool. The knee is holding up very well. Today, I assigned two big loops, but I only did one. I figured I will run a little more tonight… We also did the Marie Kerr Park version of the Rock Set.
