I coached my team today, but did not run with them. In the evening I ran the HDR speed work. My right foot felt fine… I taped it up using some tape and some instruction from Clay. The upper quads and glutes are sore and took a long time to warm up. Since I pushed the pace yesterday I did not push the pace today. I ran at more of a marathon pace effort.
Then of course it was off to the Clayve. My shoulder area was also already sore, but I was able to do the workout….
