X times 1 minute

After my last run, before thanksgiving, my heel ached for several days and my upper foot ached as well. My New Year’s Day run has caused similar heel pain. Right now I can’t even walk without the he’ll having some effect. On the positive side,  this latest run did not affect the top of the foot.

Yesterday. I was able to do some stationary bike intervals. I have one of those big cycles with moving arms and a fan. I put the Carolina vs St. Louis game on the TV and every time there was a change of possession I did a 1 minute interval. I lost track of how many I did, but it was in the twenties. Sometimes there was lots of recovery, sometimes not so much.
