Yes, but still hurting. The top of the foot has not been achy this past week. The heel seems to be improving very slowly. … very… If I am really careful I can walk around almost painlessly. I have to move slowly. If I push off I feel it in the heel… not in the center, but if my heel were a clock, I feel it at 7 or 8 o’clock.
I tried some stationary bike riding and that went well yesterday. Tomorrow I will try the Elliptigo.
