Tuesday at the HDR Track workout. I decided to take things VERY cautiously – 50% running and 50% walking I did a couple of laps during the warm up time. I assigned 3 times 7 minutes as the official workout. On the first two reps I finished a little more than two laps. The foot felt 95% good. It did not feel any worse than walking.
The fallout from my run is that it has made my foot sore again. Not nearly as sore as it was a few months ago. But the tender spot on the inside of the heel has returned. I guess it was too soon….
