Tanks Run and Go Commute

I am getting used to riding the Elliptigo in the cold. Today it was actually nice this morning. After school I ran with the kids. We did a loop over to the Quartz Hill water tank and back. The last hill climb from Ave N up to the school I pushed the pace into a tempo effort. I caught some of the kids, but those I caught matched me the rest of the way to the back gate…

Then of course, I rode the GO home.

Clay cautioned me about last night’s Clayve…. whenever numbers go up on a board my competitive nature makes me push harder than necessary. I held back a little, but maybe not enough… I am starting to feel sore… oh well…
