Thursday I took the team up to the aqueduct so they could run through the tunnels and so I could get a 5 miler… nothing special. Still a little slow getting going from all the work on Tuesday, but felt better and better as the run went along.

In addition I rode the GO to and from work.
Friday I took a day of rest. I did play a little four corners with the team after they had finished a Sweet 16 workout. I felt pretty good. Nice and loose and recovered.
My weight on Friday was 185.8, a nice down turn. It had nudged over 190 during Christmas break!
