I followed up yesterday’s 16 mile long hilly trail run with a long ride on the GO… 30 miles! It was on the breezy side when I started, and I was feeling pretty wiped out by the run, so I tried to keep it relatively flat…… Still, I was feeling pretty fatigued by the time I was done!

31 miles running this week and 64 on the GO!
and I got my first compliment/question about losing weight at church today! Yeah! I am down 15 since early last summer!
