April concluded yesterday with a step back run… I was looking at my plan and noted that I had done several LONG weekend runs in a row. I figured it was a good week to cut back and recover. Weight loss is occuring slowly… I lost 3 or 4 in April. The good news though is that I am fitting in medium shirts again!
