I did not get up early enough to GO to church today. But I wanted to do something and I remembered reading the article. So, whilst watching the Angels finish off Baltimore I did it. One time through did not seem sufficient so after a few minutes recovery I did it again. Besides, the last one was a side plank…. I had to go back and do the other side.
Here are the exercises. It works out to 30s per exercise with only 5s to get going on the next.
