I am also proud to report that on Friday I hit my lowest weight since the fall of 2014. Looking at the chart above you see an almost zero total from later 2014 into mid 2015. During that “time off” my weight shot up from 166 on August 25, 2014 to 190 on January 14 and 194 on July 4. I have had a hard time whittling it back down without running the huge numbers. Friday it was 176!! I finally feel like I am getting back into the ball park.
