Below are my totals for December and 2017 –
I am pleased with the “running miles” total. It is up a little more than 200 miles from last year. The Elliptigo miles are down from 1172, however.
My Running Equivalents this year is 1735, last year it was 1649. A step in the right direction, but not as big as I would have liked. It has become too easy to skip workouts and I have not Elliptigo commuted to work as much as I should have.
My goal for 2018 would be to be in the same ball park with running miles, maybe a little more since I am training for Boston, and to have the GO miles back up to at least 1000. If I were to do 1500 miles and 1000 GO miles I would have 2000 Running Equivalents, so that is my official goal – 2000 Running Equivalents.
